Are your watches authentic and covered by warranty?
Yes. Every timepiece is new and authentic, and comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. Orders inside Khulna city arrive in 1–2 days, and orders elsewhere in the country arrive in 2–4 days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs ৳60 inside Khulna city and ৳120 elsewhere in Bangladesh. It is free on orders over ৳15,000.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Can I resize a metal bracelet?
Yes. We will remove links free of charge before dispatch. Add your wrist size in the order notes, or contact us after you order.
Can I put prescription lenses in your optical frames?
Yes. All our optical frames are Rx-ready, so any licensed optician can fit prescription lenses.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and bKash. For bKash, send the order total to our bKash number and enter the Transaction ID (TrxID) at checkout. We confirm your order by phone before dispatch.
How do I pay with bKash?
In the bKash app, choose Send Money, enter 01330132141 and the order total, then complete the payment. Copy the TrxID from the confirmation message and enter it with your bKash number at checkout.
How should I care for an automatic watch?
Wear it regularly or keep it on a watch winder. Keep it away from strong magnets, and have it serviced every 5–7 years.
