Delivery area

We deliver to every district in Bangladesh. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery charges and times

Inside Khulna city: ৳60, delivered in 1–2 days. Elsewhere in Bangladesh: ৳120, delivered in 2–4 days. Delivery is free on orders over ৳15,000.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team calls you at the number you provided to confirm it before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm by phone within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Payment

You can pay with Cash on Delivery or bKash. For Cash on Delivery, please check your parcel in front of the delivery person before paying. For bKash, send the order total to 01330132141 (Send Money) and enter your Transaction ID (TrxID) at checkout. We dispatch the order once the payment has been verified.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, call +8801330132141 or email info.borshon@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we issue a refund to your bKash number within 3–5 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include photographs. We will replace the item or refund you at no extra cost.
