By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service with Fashion Watch & Optical.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), include VAT where applicable, and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order.

Orders

An order is accepted only after we confirm it by phone. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the phone number cannot be reached, or a bKash payment cannot be verified.

Warranty

Our watches carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage caused by misuse, or repairs by unauthorised parties.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Fashion Watch & Optical and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
